One change I'd probably do is not have another cerebrate outside of the one you captured, as I take it he was the one used during Brood War and thus should be the last cerebrate left (though canonically Kerrigan killed him as well when she was done). Unless he's actually important to the plot or something. Also to actually make this you would actually need some sort of art persons [NT]

No cerebrate art anywhere in SC2. I'm not sure if the conversion to non-cerebrates is ever really delved into anywhere, but I know canonically there basically aren't any left. My guess would be things like the Queens/Overlords got promoted given that the Overlord is the default Zerg portrait on buildings. *shrug* [NT]

I kinda like the idea of her being crazy paranoid about anyone else who could possibly usurp her power-base to the point of basically eliminating all the controllers of the Swam and upgrading some of the grunts to be slightly more brainy but nowhere near the level where they could ever pose a threat. Well, with a hard taco there's no way to squeeze the ends to keep everything in. Initially I'd say they could hold the same amount, but a soft taco would end up holding more of it until you're finished eating. Not all of it, though. [NT]

Vikings should be able to beat carriers dollar-for-dollar, I would think, they do get bonus damage. But if you're looking for something you can throw out there in a couple minutes if you don't scout the carriers until he's already got a bunch of them, you're not likely to find anything. [NT]

3 Vikings cost 450/225 and have 375 HP, 1 Carrier/8 ints costs 450/250 and has 450 HP. The Vikings do 42 DPS (decreasing as they die one by one) but the Carrier's armor blocks a significant amount of that even unupgraded (1/8th?). The Carrier does 27 DPS which goes way up with each upgrade, does full damage to Vikings, and doesn't stop hitting until it's fully dead. The conclusion of this post? [NT]

Well, in a strict viking vs. carrier scenario, you also have to remember that the vikings will get the first shots, as they have a very, very long range. They also open up at full damage capacity right away, while carriers have to launch interceptors. The vikings can also hit-and-run to capitalize on this.

By implication you should realize that having "environmentalists" in the subject with "wind" implies wind power. Now I get to lay on top you, completely nude for 2 hours as punishment (but not in a gay way). [NT]

Anyone know a good what-you-see-is-what-you-get kind of webpage-design program? I want to design a basic page to put the SC2 campaign on now that the missions have started to branch, but the prospect of doing all the HTML coding by hand (like I've been doing since I was about 13) really bores me. I use Dreamweaver for html coding. It's got a good setup where you have the code and design side by side, so you can see what you're getting into. [NT]

So can one actually set up something using WordPress on the CWAL FTP site? How would I go about doing that? The install instructions presume a greater depth of web design savvy than I possess. [NT]

You'd need to talk to Vektor and get an account setup in MySQL for WordPress or nothing is going to work. It looks like Rask should (barely) meet minimum system specs otherwise. [NT]

This is sounding way too complicated. I just want to build a basic HTML website to put up in my RR space, and I don't want to have to write all the HTML by hand. [NT]

Well, the setup part of WordPress would pretty much consist of specifying the username/password and database name for WordPress to talk to MySql. Though customization/tweaking would likely be a little bit more involved. [NT]

Wordpress is more of a full blogging system than a design program (although it can certainly do static pages as well). The problem is that you incur a lot of overhead for running what amounts to a CMS system if you're just looking to serve a few static pages...

I take a replay of every game I win or lose and review it. For one thing, it allows me to relax and enjoy the game as playing vs. a stranger is too stressful to enjoy. But I also learn from my mistakes. Right now I'm playing random vs. the computer to practice for a little bit. [NT]
